        Our self-alignment welding rotator is mainly used for handing and automatic welding circular metal containers, and can be widely applied to the oil industry, press vessel field, wind power production line, pipe line production, and many other round work-piece.

        Our self-alignment welding rotator is designed and produced to better satisfy the growing demands for the pressure vessel manufactures both domestically and internationally. It can deal with a wide range of diameters, and it adopts frequency conversion setting and step-less speed regulation mode.

        In standard configuration, one set is an active one combined with an idler one, the active rotator has a set of driving system, it mainly consists of AC frequency motor, reducer, coupling and connecting shaft. Through the AC motor and two sets of worm gear reducers working together, which ensures to make the rollers run.

        Roller rotator is used to weld,polish and assemble the cylinder-shells,and to line the shells with rubber.It can be aligned by itself according to the size of the shell, it can be controlled with AC frequency converter,and the linear velocity is displayed by the digital.We also can design the customize various types of the welding rotator in accordance with the customers requirement.
