1. Machine features
Small-block positioner driven by DC motor can achieve stepless speed regulation. Controller using computer control can link well with the welding positioner.
A professional anti-EMI design is used for this product; high-frequency interference can be avoided when welding.
Power system with reverse worm wheel system, have the function of self-locking mechanism.
Table tilting angle at 0-90 °, can realize stepless turn.
According to customer’s requirements, welding gun bracket, regulatory devices track and pneumatic finial can be configured,in order to realize automatic weld.
