1. Main introduction

The Wind Tower Production Line is the welding system that we develop according to the successful design experience at home and abroad, and mature manufacturing technology. This system mainly consists of CNC Cutting Machine, Milling Edging Machine, Welding Manipulator, Welding Rotator and Welding System.

● The growing line is mainly used in the welding of wind-power. As winder power towers are dozens of meters long, the fit-up work cannot be finished at one time, it required to pass through multiple cylinders. In order to change the traditional fit-up pattern with crane hoisting, to quickly loading work-pieces and more convenient welding, we design the Growing and fit-up rotator. It has merits of advanced technology, reliable quality and simple operation and can improve the quality of jointing effectively.
