1. Simple introduction
T beam hydraulic straightening machine is used to calibration the thick T beam (upwrap & side bend) and hydraulic float conveyor in the front/ back of main machine, it is widely used in the heavy steel construction industries. After the welded the web and flange the web and flange will be deformation because of the heat up, so it must straightening the web and flange.
The main machine adopts vertical structure, left and right straightening unit is fixed, upper hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted according to the height of the web. Power press roller system with vertical design and can be both horizontal and vertical movement to meet the different T beam, the straightening power is from hydraulic system and with cycloid pin wheel reducer to achieve smoothly transmission.
