1. The main character and use of the device
● This machine is widely used in light industry, aviation, shipbuilding, metallurgy, instrument, electrical appliances, stainless steel products, construction and decoration industry, especially suitable for urban construction, highway light pole, power pole, car girder work-piece processing and manufacturing, etc.
● This series hydraulic press brake machine, adopts steel weld structure; vibration aging to release stress, the device with good rigidity and stability; the whole frame with good rigidity, work is stable, safety and reliable, easy to operate.
● To adopts DA66T controller specialized used in CNC press brake machine from DELEM company, and adopts electro-hydraulic scale servo valve from BOSCH company, Germany, so the system work is stable, and with high make accuracy. On the system installed grating, electro-hydraulic scale valve, and electronic amplifier of valve to make a closed circle control system, thus inspect and control the relative location and synchronous accuracy between ram and worktable precisely, let the ram keep synchronous running, and assure the press brake depth and angle.
