1. Principle and usage

    Put the web plate and flange plate on the assembly worktable, hydraulic clamping system will clamp web and flange plate till the seam welding part can do welding. Worktable level for web plate keeps the same, ensure welding height is on the same level.

2. Each parts introduction

● Clamp system use separate hydraulic cylinder, separate valve, separate control, easy to use.

● One side is hydraulic clamping system which can fit for curving part, another side use adjustable limit block (manual screw adjust) for other gooseneck trailer model.

● Trailer beam curving part (gooseneck position) has slanting hydraulic cylinder, it can longitude adjusting to fit different curving degree and size.
