1. Introduction
Automatic orbital tube welding machine is orbital weld heads for fusion (GTAW) welding of fittings, tubing and thin wall pipe. Ideal solution for welds in the food & dairy, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemical, semiconductor industry and in all applications where space is very limited.
Besides particularly suitable for welding all common micro fittings. Welds materials such as stainless steel, titanium, hastelloy and other auto weldable alloys. During weld process, it is without wire feeding but with argon protection and tungsten insert (TIG) welding.

- Suitable tube diameter: Φ19.05mm-Φ76.2mm
- Tube thickness: 0.8-2.5mm
- Material: carbon steel, SS steel, titanium, titanium alloy
- Welding part of Tube center min rotating radius 72.5mm, min straight part length can be clamped is 25mm

Welding pool is effected by different forces as picture, gravity, surface tension, arc spraying force, only gravity direction the same in different position, other two force directions always change, so welding parameter has to be set in several areas to meet welding requirements. |
