2. Structure and character of hydraulic press brake machine
● Ram part
Hydraulic drive WC67Y-125T/2000 E21 NC hydraulicpress brake machine, ram part consists of ram, cylinder, and mechanical block fine-tuning structure. The left and right cylinders fixed on the frame, hydraulic system drive piston bring ram to move up and down.
● Worktable part
Button control the worktable on the front of it, motor drive back gauge move forward and backward, and numerical display the movement, travel switches to limit the front and back position. It’s easy to operate it.
● Back gauge part
Back gauge adopts motor transmission, drive two high precision ball screw synchronous move through sprocket, the control system displays the requirement value.
