Turn on the power source, gas source and hydraulic station----input machining work-piece parameter----load and clamp work-piece, measure the height and the distance from the head----automatic machining begins (the driving force head moves to where it drills----the gantry frame clamps----the drilling head rotates and moves----using air to blow the dust and iron filings of where it drills----move to the setting place, change the drilling head’s speed for working speed, stop blowing and turn on the cooling system----after drilling a hole the drilling head should be back to the first place, turn off the cooling system and open the oil cylinder of the gantry frame----machining the nest hole)---stop the machine after machining all of the holes.
