1. Main features
● Arc down-adjusting tube bending machine is driven by full hydraulic and electric centralized control, with digital display. It can be expected to complete pre-bending of profile steel, circle forming and circle regulation after once feeding
● Body of Tube bending machine adopts steel plate welded, seal type frame construction. Position of upper roller is fixed. The two lower rollers rotate around the fixed rotation center up and down with arc-line.
● Main drive roller is driven by hydraulic motor, can veer or reverse
● The two lower rollers move up and down by hydraulic support rollers, it can help control the deformation of profiles and improve rolling accuracy.
● Displacement digital display, displayed accuracy is 0.1mm.
