We use Yunnei 490 engine for this loader, 42kw. Southeast Asian countries do not currently have strict requirements on engine emissions. Therefore, for export to Southeast Asia, we use Yunnei engines. Yunnei engines are relatively stable in performance and affordable, and can be described as the most cost-effective engine among small loaders.

And for the axle of this loader, we use cast steel small axle housing. There are iron axle and Isuzu axle on the market. The axles play a key role in loader working and walking. Especially under severe working conditions, the internal forces of the axles is large. A good axle allows users to drive safely and work with confidence.

The advantages of Separated Gearbox are quite many.
1)It is convenient to repair and maintain, and has better heat dissipation. For
example, the turbine in the torque converter is a wearing part. If you use
high-speed gear for a long time, it will be easily damaged. At this time, you
can easily replace the parts in the torque converter without taking apart the
whole gearbox, it saves you quite a lot of time and money.
2)The working efficiency of the Separated Gearbox is higher, because the torque of the Separated type is greater, it can maximize the output power of the engine.

1.3 Production line management:
The cutting of the steel plate is closely related to the drawing design, workers' technique and cutting equipment.
Normally there are three types of cutting machines, you can see from the pictures here.
Frame cutting is used for iron plates over 40mm thick.
While plasma cutting is for steel plate that in between 20-40mm.
Laser cutting is for steel plate between 8-20mm.
It is great for cutting that requires high precision. For example, cutting steel components for bumper, hood, and driver's cab. The advantages of laser cutting are: low temperature, so the plate is not likely deformed; the disadvantage is that it consumes a lot of power.
