The inspection is as important as any other procedure. Our technicians usually need to inspect the following parts:

Adjust the tyre pressure, drive the loader to the inspection platform, to see if the bucket is level to the ground when it is on the ground

Check if the hydraulic oil is enough, and then lift the arm, withdraw the bucket and check the hydraulic oil level again, check the hydaulic oil tank scale (scale at 11 to 13 means enough)

Check if any bolts are loose or missing, and if there is a oil leaking problem

Check the track width to see if it is different from standard

the meters reading on dash board inside the cab. Including brake pump pressure: 0.4-0.8; lub oil pressure: 0.2-0.6; water temperature: check if it is too high after the testing; torque converter pressure: 2.2-2.4 (at full load and step heavily on the accelerate pedal.
