Installation Guidelines
Installation Position
The road blocker should be installed at designated vehicle entrances and exits. The hydraulic station should be positioned for easy operation and maintenance, typically near the road blocker (inside or outside security rooms). Control boxes should be placed in accessible locations according to operational requirements.
Pipeline Connection
Standard installation includes 5 meters of hydraulic pressure pipeline. Foundation excavation should consider terrain and underground facility locations. Pipeline trenches should be 10-30cm deep and 15cm wide for hydraulic lines, and 5-15cm deep and 5cm wide for control wires. Both hydraulic pipes and control wires require protective threading (PVC pipe) for safety and durability.
