Road blockers should be installed at designated vehicle entrances and exits. The hydraulic station should be positioned for optimal operation and maintenance access, typically near the road blocker location. Control boxes should be placed in easily accessible locations for operational personnel.
Pipeline Connection
- Standard hydraulic pressure pipeline includes 5 meters; additional lengths available upon request
- Foundation excavation should consider terrain and underground facility placement
- Pipeline dimensions: hydraulic pipeline depth 10-30cm (width 15cm), control wire depth 5-15cm (width 5cm)
- Use PVC threading pipes to protect both control wires and oil pipes during installation
