This reverse emulsifier is a composite polymer water treatment agent featuring multiple positively charged groups along its molecular backbone. As a uniquely effective cationic polymer, it provides robust reverse emulsification capability to significantly reduce interfacial tension in oil-in-water (W/O) or water-in-oil (O/W) emulsions.

The product destabilizes emulsions by neutralizing repulsive and attractive forces of oils or colloidal particles in wastewater, leading to floc formation. Through chemical bridging, it facilitates oil-water separation and removal of harmful impurities, achieving oil recovery and wastewater purification objectives.

Add the product directly to wastewater either in original form or diluted, then stir and allow settling. For optimal results, use in conjunction with PAC and PAM.

Ideal pH range for application is 5-12, with pronounced demulsification and flocculation effects around pH=9. The dosing point is typically selected in the rapid mixing tank of the sewage treatment process.

Dosage varies depending on wastewater type, generally ranging from 50-1000ppm.

• Safety: Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Packaging: Available in 25kg and 200kg plastic drums, or as per user requirements.
• Storage: Store in a cool place. The product has a shelf life of one year.
