This industrial-grade crude oil demulsifier is a highly effective cationic polymer compound designed for efficient oil-water separation. As a reverse emulsifier with numerous positively charged groups along its molecular chain, it significantly reduces interfacial tension in both oil-in-water (W/O) and water-in-oil (O/W) emulsions.

Add directly to wastewater in original form or diluted, then stir and allow settling. For optimal performance, use with PAC and PAM. Ideal application pH range is 5-12, with peak demulsification effects at pH=9. Typical dosage ranges from 50-1000ppm depending on wastewater type.

Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Available in 25kg and 200kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements.

Store in cool location. Product maintains stability for one year shelf life.
