Product Overview
This reverse demulsifier is a composite polymer water treatment agent featuring numerous positively charged groups along its molecular chain. As a highly effective cationic polymer, it delivers powerful demulsification capabilities that significantly reduce interfacial tension in both oil-in-water (W/O) and water-in-oil (O/W) emulsions.
The product destabilizes emulsions by neutralizing repulsive and attractive forces of oils and colloidal particles in wastewater, resulting in floc formation. Through chemical bridging, it facilitates efficient oil-water separation and removal of harmful impurities, achieving both oil recovery and wastewater purification objectives.
This water-soluble demulsifier effectively breaks water-in-oil emulsions, reduces oil-water separation time, and operates efficiently across a broad pH range.

Usage Instructions
Add the product directly to wastewater either in original form or diluted, then stir and allow settling. For optimal results, use in conjunction with PAC and PAM.
Optimal pH Range: 5-12, with pronounced demulsification and flocculation effects around pH=9
Dosing Point: Rapid mixing tank of sewage treatment process
Dosage: 50-1000ppm depending on wastewater type
Safety, Packaging and Storage
Safety: Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Packaging: Available in 25kg and 200kg plastic drums, or as per user requirements
Storage: Store in cool place with one-year shelf life
