1. Prepare BWD-01 solution by mixing with 40 times water to achieve 2.5% concentration
2. Create PAC solution with 2-5% Al₂O₃ content
3. Prepare 0.1% Anionic Polyelectrolyte solution
4. Test effluent pH and adjust to optimal range of 8-9
5. Add PAC solution and mix completely for 1-3 minutes
6. Add BWD-01 solution and mix thoroughly for 5-10 minutes
7. Optionally add small amount of anionic polyelectrolyte for enhanced floc formation
8. Allow for sedimentation and evaluate treated effluent color
9. Optimize dosage through additional testing for best results
