BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent is a high-performance flocculant specifically formulated for textile wastewater color removal. This colorless and transparent liquid effectively treats wastewater containing hydrophilic dyes including reactive, acid, and disperse dyes, offering fast sedimentation, high clarification, and improved COD removal rates.

1. Prepare BWD-01 solution by mixing with 40 times water to achieve 2.5% concentration
2. Prepare PAC solution at 2-5% Al₂O₃ concentration
3. Prepare Anionic Polyelectrolyte solution at 0.1% concentration
4. Test and adjust effluent pH value to 8-9 (critical for optimal performance)
5. Add PAC solution and mix completely for 1-3 minutes
6. Add BWD-01 solution and mix completely for 5-10 minutes
7. Add small amount of anionic polyelectrolyte solution and mix slowly to form large flocs
8. Allow for sedimentation
9. Check color of treated effluent
10. Adjust BWD-01 and PAC dosages for optimal results

Available in 30kg, 50kg, 250kg net plastic drums, and 1250kg net IBC drums. Custom packaging available upon request. Store at room temperature, protect from direct sunlight. May show slight stratification or appear white at low temperatures.
