Application Fields

Recommended Application Process
- Collect effluent sample and adjust pH to 8-10 (critical step)
- Prepare BWD-01 solution by mixing with 40-50 times water for 2-2.5% concentration
- Prepare PAC solution with 2-5% Al₂O₃ content
- Prepare APAM solution at 0.1% concentration
- Add PAC solution and mix completely for 1-3 minutes
- Add BWD-01 solution and mix completely for 5-10 minutes
- Add small amount of APAM solution and mix slowly to form large flocs
- Allow for sedimentation
- Verify color removal in treated effluent
Packaging & Storage
Available in 30kg plastic drums, 250kg plastic drums, and 1250kg IBC drums. Store at room temperature protected from direct sunlight. May show slight stratification or appear white at low temperatures.
