Application Guidelines
- Prepare 2.5% solution by mixing with 40 times water
- Create polyaluminium chloride (PAC) solution with 2-5% Al₂O₃
- Prepare 0.1% polyacrylamide (polyelectrolyte) solution
- Test and adjust effluent pH to 7-9 (critical for optimal performance)
- Add PAC solution and mix completely for 1-3 minutes
- Add BWD-01 solution and mix completely for 5-10 minutes
- Add small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution for enhanced floc formation
- Allow sedimentation and check treated effluent color
- Optimize BWD-01 and PAC dosages for best results
Packaging & Storage
Available in 30kg, 250kg, and 1250kg net drums, with custom packaging options available. Store at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight, and note that slight stratification or white appearance may occur at low temperatures.
