• Prepare 2.5% solution by mixing with 40 times water
• Adjust effluent pH to 8-10 for optimal performance
• Combine with polyaluminium chloride (2-5% Al2O3 content)
• Add anionic polyacrylamide solution (0.1% concentration)
• Allow 5-10 minutes mixing time for complete reaction
