Application Methods
Dilution Process
Mix with deionized water at 5:3 ratio (water:DA402) and ensure complete homogenization before use.
Dyeing Parameters
- Dosage: 1-5% (o.w.f)
- Temperature: 40-60°C
- Time: 10-30 minutes at pH 6
Dip and Rolling Method
- Dosage: 10-25 g/L at pH 6
- Process: Two dip and two rolling drying cycles
Important Notes: Thoroughly clean washing tanks before fixing to prevent residue interference. While increasing dosage and temperature improves color fixation, excessive amounts may cause color transformation. Optimize process parameters based on specific factory conditions and testing results.
