Application and Solution Making :

1. Dissolved air flotation - result in cleaner subnatants, increased float solids and greater throughput.
2. Filtration - improve filtered water quality and plant throughput.

3. Can be used for the treatment of domestic sewage and organic waste water, such as ethyl alcohol, paper making, aginomoto factory, sugaring, forage, printing and dyeing textile.etc. For the treatment of municipal sewage, sludge sediment and dewatering of waste water from the meat, poultry, food process.

4. It can be used as drying and strengthening agent, retention agent, filter agent in paper making industry, for white wastewater treatment, too. At the same time, it has high flocullant effect in the process of deinking.

5. It can be used as the clarifier of waste water in mining and coal washing industry.

6. It can be used for the treatment of dyeing, leather and oily wastewater.

7. In the phosphoric acid purity process, it will assist the separation of gypsum.

    Blufloc dry APAM flocculants should be properly dipersed and dissolved to 0.1-0.5% concentration. Dissolution should be completed around 1 hour of agitation, but will be faster in warm water temperature below 40 ^oC.

Treatment Dosage Levels:

• Air Flotation Flocculants : 0.1~ 5.0 ppm
• Thickening Flocculants : 0.1~ 5.0 ppm
• Dewatering Flocculants : 0.1~ 1.0 ppm
• Flocculation: 1-2ppm

Package and Storage:

1. Packed in 25kgs net Kraft or PE bags with inner plastic bags palletized, or 750kgs net big bag.
2. Stored in original packaging in cool and dry place, away from sources of heat, flame and direct sunlight.
