BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent is a special product for de-coloring, flocculating, CODcr decreasing, and other applications. It is used to remove the color of wastewater generated by textiles process houses and dyes industries and other fields, with strong decolorization (50%~99%) and removal of COD (50%~80%). By providing a large number of cations, the negative charge is brought on dye molecules are neutralized instability, at the same time with BWD-01 by a large number of hydrolysis of flocs, so as to achieve the purpose of decolorization.

Application Method and Case:

A. When have biological treatment first and after they make chemical treatment.		B. When the treat first by chemicals, then the usual dosages are:
1	Have effluent (200-500ml), test and adjust the pH of the effluent to 7.5-8
2	Before using, make a solution of BWD-01, mix with 40 times water to get 2.5% solution; Make PAC solution with 2-5% Al₂O₃, and have a solution of Anionic Polyacrylamide of 0.1% concentration.
3	First, we apply BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent (contact time 2-5 min with the effluent), after then the PAC (contact time 3-5 min), and after then anionic polyacrylamide, mix slowly to have big floc, stay for sedimentation.
4	It will give too much economy if we'll adjust the pH to 7.5-8, otherwise, the consumption of BWD-01 will be ~20% higher.

Package and Storage:

Packed in 30kgs net plastic drums, 250kgs net plastic drums, and 1250kgs net IBC drums, or others according to the requirements of clients.
Suggested to store in room temperature, would show slightly stratification or appear white at low temperature, cannot be placed in the sun.
