Application Guidelines
Dissolving Concentration
Standard dissolution concentration: 0.1-0.5%
Dissolving Time
Most flocculants require approximately 1 hour of agitation for complete powder dissolution. Incomplete mixing or lumping may reduce performance effectiveness.
Agitation Speed
Ideal agitator revolution: 200-400 rpm. High-speed operation without motor revolution reduction is not recommended as it may damage flocculant molecules. Recommended motor power: 1HP for 1-2m³ mixing tank.
Dosage & Application
Dosage range: 1-3.0 ppm depending on effluent type and application. Jar testing is advised for performance evaluation and dosage optimization.
Jar Test Procedure
Place effluent sample in beaker, add designated dosage, agitate for 1 minute at 100-120 rpm, then slowly agitate at 60 rpm. Observe floc formation, sedimentation patterns, and solution clarity.
Packaging & Storage
Available in 25kg Kraft or PE bags with inner plastic lining, or 750kg net big bags. Store in original packaging in cool, dry locations away from heat sources, flames, and direct sunlight.
