Application Guidelines
Dissolving Parameters
Standard dissolving concentration: 0.1-0.5%. Complete dissolution typically requires approximately 1 hour of agitation to prevent performance-inhibiting lumps.
Agitation Requirements
Optimal agitator speed: 200-400 rpm. High-speed agitation without motor reduction is not recommended as it may degrade molecular structure.
Dosage & Testing
Dosage range: 1-3.0 ppm depending on effluent type. Conduct jar tests for precise dosage determination and performance evaluation.
Packaging & Storage
Available in 25kg Kraft/PE bags with inner plastic lining or 750kg net big bags. Store in original packaging in cool, dry conditions away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
