Application Instructions

Preparation Steps:

Dilute BWD-01 with fresh water 40-50 times to achieve 2-2.5% concentration
Prepare PAC solution with 2-5% Al₂O₃ content
Create Anionic flocculant solution at 0.1% concentration

Treatment Process:

Adjust effluent pH to 8-10 for optimal performance
Add PAC solution and mix completely for 1-3 minutes
Add BWD-01 solution and mix completely for 5-10 minutes
Optionally add small amount of anionic polyelectrolyte for enhanced floc formation
Allow sedimentation and check treated effluent color

Note: Conduct additional tests adjusting BWD-01 and PAC dosages for optimal results.

Packaging & Storage

Available in 30kg plastic drums, 250kg plastic drums, and 1250kg IBC drums. Custom packaging available upon request. Store at room temperature, protect from direct sunlight, and avoid freezing conditions.
