Usage Instructions
- Prepare BWD-01 solution by mixing with 40 times water to achieve 2.5% concentration
- Create PAC solution with 2-5% Al₂O₃ content
- Prepare 0.1% anionic polyelectrolyte solution
- Test effluent pH and adjust to optimal range of 8-9
- Add PAC solution and mix thoroughly for 1-3 minutes
- Add BWD-01 solution and mix completely for 5-10 minutes
- Add small amount of anionic polyelectrolyte solution for enhanced floc formation
- Allow for sedimentation
- Evaluate treated effluent color and adjust dosages as needed
Packaging & Storage
Available in 30kg, 250kg, and 1250kg net drums. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. May exhibit slight stratification or white appearance at low temperatures.
