- High efficiency for both hydrophilic and hydrophobic dyes including reactive, acid, and disperse dyes
- Low dosage requirement with fast sedimentation and excellent flocculation
- Produces less sludge compared to inorganic coagulants
- Water-soluble, non-toxic, non-flammable, and safe for storage at room temperature
- Stable performance across varying pH conditions and resistant to chlorine
- Textile dyeing and printing wastewater treatment
- Paper making and ink manufacturing effluent
- Dyestuffs and pigment production wastewater
- Industrial wastewater with high colority and COD levels
Prepare 2-2.5% solution by mixing with water. Add directly to wastewater, stir for several minutes, then allow sedimentation or flotation for clear effluent.
Adjust wastewater pH to 8-10 for enhanced decolorization performance. For high chroma wastewater, combine with polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and anionic polyacrylamide for cost-effective treatment.
Available in plastic drums of 30kg, 50kg, 250kg, and 1250kg, with custom packaging options. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Product may show slight stratification at low temperatures without performance impact.
Bluwat Chemical produces a comprehensive range of water treatment chemicals including Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC), Polyacrylamide (PAM), Ferric Sulphate, and other specialized coagulants.
