1 year ,not including quick-wear part.Like O-ring
Question 3- What’s your payment terms?
For big amount:By T/T, 30% deposit and the 70% balance to be paid before ship out from DONJOY factory.
Question 4- How long is your production time?
It depends on the quantity of your order. Usually, it takes 15-35 days after we receive your deposit. While for large order, we can work over time to catch up your shipment.
