V4549902-0100 CT215003 Diaphragm For 105 135 Alstom Optipow Pulse Valve

This V4549902-0100 (CT215003) diaphragm is used in 105 or 135 Alstom Optipow pulse valve. The diaphragm is the most important part of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is energised, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphragm is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pulse valve is de-energised, air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the pulse valve.
