This core is assembled into plastic housing to become complete check valve, then installed in water treatment system to control the water flow direction and flow rate.

Test for Reliability Management:

1) Burst Pressure test: should not be destroyed in the 24kg/cm³ pressure of feed water

2) Static Pressure test: there should be no leakage in the 10kg/cm³ pressure and 1L/min of feed water

3) Lead Test: there should be no flow blockage in the 2-10kg/cm³ pressure and 1 L/min of feed water

4) Back Flow test: there should be no leakage in the 2-3kg/cm³ pressure and 1 L/min of feed water

Outgoing Inspection-Total inspection before shipment:

1) Burst Pressure test

2) Lead Test

3) Back Flow test
