Installation instructions
1. Special Note: The pipe must be cleaned and purged before installation to prevent impurities from clogging the valve port and destroying the sealing surface. If there are tiny impurities and dust, install a filter in front of the valve (filter ≥ 80 mesh cm2).
2. When installing, note that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipe, and the coil should be installed horizontally vertically.
3. Check whether the pressure, temperature and voltage are consistent with the actual parameters of the solenoid valve nameplate before installation.
4. Pay attention to the cleaning of the media. During the use, the components inside the valve should be cleaned regularly. After disassembly, the gasket should be inspected at the same time. If damage is found, it should be replaced in time.
5. When installing, clamp the valve body with a wrench, and then screw the pipe. Do not apply force to the coil to avoid bending and deformation of the solenoid valve and loosening of the connection.
6. After the solenoid valve is installed, it must be fluidly operated several times to ensure normal operation before it can be put into normal use.
