The diaphragm can work at - 50 ~ 100 ℃, 0.4 ~ 0.8MPa; the fluororubber and silicone rubber diaphragm can work at - 80 ~ 232 ℃. The chlorophenol rubber diaphragm can work under the pressure of 0.4 ~ 0.8MPa, with good air tightness, aging resistance, and the service life equal to that of engine overhaul.
