he electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air "switch" of the dust cleaning and blowing system of the pulse bag filter. Under the control of the output signal of the pulse injection controller, the filter bags are injected and cleaned one by one to keep the resistance of the precipitator within the set range, so as to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the precipitator.

The electromagnetic pulse valve controls the opening and closing of the unloading hole of the valve body according to the electrical signal. When the valve body is unloaded, the pressure gas in the cavity behind the valve is discharged. The pressure gas in the cavity in front of the valve is throttled by the negative pressure hole on the diaphragm, the diaphragm is lifted, and the pulse valve is injected.

When the valve body stops unloading, the pressure gas quickly fills the rear chamber of the valve through the damping hole. Because of the difference of the stress area on both sides of the diaphragm on the valve body, the gas force in the rear chamber of the valve is large, the diaphragm can reliably close the valve's nozzle, and the pulse valve stops blowing.

The electric signal is timed in millisecond, and the moment when the pulse valve is opened, a strong impact air flow will be generated, so as to realize instant injection.
