Type 5404 High Temperature Brass Solenoid Valve For Oxygen 230VAC 24VDC

The 5404 solenoid valve is an indirect operated solenoid valve, which means that a pressure difference of at least 1 bar is required to open the valve. The 5404 has a piston to seal the valve, instead of a flexible rubber membrane. This robust design allows for high working pressures, in some versions up to 50 bar. Gas and steam versions are also available up to 160°C. The gate sizes range from 1/4" to 1". The dimensions of the orifice range from DN 13 to DN 25. A popular application for the 5404 valve is as a relief valve for compressors.
