12 Lines Dust Collector Pulse Jet Valve Sequential Timer Board

Standard industrial dust collectors use significant amounts of compressed air to clean the collector bags using time based controls. Our controller uses demand based monitoring to pulse the bags only when cleaning is needed. Pulse control can save you up to 50% of the compressed air being used and increase filter life by up to 30%.

1. Pulse Width: Controller outputs an electrical signal duration.
2. Pulse Interval: Controller output time interval between the two signals.
3. Pulse Cycle: The time it takes for the control device to output an electrical signal to complete the required cycle.
