This is MD03-50 / MD03-50M diaphragm repair kit for Taeha 2 inch TH-5450-B, TH-4450-B, TH-5450-M, TH-4450-M pulse jet valve.

The main theoretical knowledge of the diaphragm: using the back and forth movement of the diaphragm to change the diaphragm and the pump head, causing the ball valve to move up and down to form a vacuum adsorption and pushing phenomenon to achieve the purpose of liquid transportation. The motor drives the worm gear pair to make a variable speed movement through a direct drive, and under the action of the crank connecting rod mechanism, the rotary motion is converted into a reciprocating linear motion. The sliding rod of the mechanical diaphragm metering pump is directly connected with the diaphragm. When the sliding rod is reciprocating, the diaphragm is directly pushed (pulled) to agitate back and forth, and the suction and discharge purpose is completed by the opening and closing of the one-way valve on the pump head, and the function of conveying liquid is achieved.
