This is Buna (NBR) Diaphragm Kit includes one NBR seat NBR diaphragm and one secondary diaphragm, which is used in joil 3 inch JISI 80, JISR 80, JIHI 80, JIHR 80 pulse jet valves. The diaphragm consists of one or more layers coated on both sides. Diaphragms of different materials can be manufactured according to the requirements of use. The working temperature and pressure range of the diaphragm itself depends on the type of rubber, fabric and structure. The diaphragm can work at -10~80℃, 0.4~0.8 MPa, and the fluororubber and silicone rubber diaphragm can work at -80~232℃.

The piston type electromagnetic pulse valve is a new compact type with main advantages:
High efficiency: The opening time is fast, so the impact pressure loss is very small. Since the opening sequence is easy to control, the best gas volume can be selected according to the different processes.
Low loss of compressed air: The piston type reduces the consumption of compressed air compared to the diaphragm type.
Compact structure size: The structure size of the piston pulse valve is much smaller than that of the diaphragm pulse valve of the same specification, which means that the line spacing of the filter bag will not be restricted by the size of the valve.
Only the process parameters (air-to-cloth ratio, bag filter material, fly ash type and concentration) determine the size of the filter bag, and the shortest distance between the two pulse valves can be 160mm.
