Ice machine ice - making principle
1. Water enters into the storage tank automatically through the inlet valve, and then the water pump enters into the shunt pipe through the water pump. The shunt pipe distributes water evenly to the evaporator cooled by cryogenic liquid refrigerant.
2. Water is cooled to freezing point. The water cooled to freezing will condense into ice, and the water that has not been frozen by the evaporator will flow into the storage tank again, and the pump will resume circulation.
3. When the ice reaches the required thickness, it will enter the deicing state, and the high-pressure hot gas discharged by the compressor will be shunted to the evaporator through the reversing valve to replace the cryogenic liquid refrigerant.
4.This forms a film of water between the ice and the evaporator. The water film separates the ice from the evaporator and the ice falls free into the ice storage tank under the action of gravity.
