1-1/2'' BFEC Pulse Jet Valve Nitrile Rubber Diaphragm Repair Kit

The shown is a diaphragm valve repair kit for BFEC 1 1/2'' MF-Z-40S, DMF-Z-40S MF-Y-40S, DMF-Y-40S MF-ZM-40S, DMF-ZM-40S pulse jet valves, which is made of NBR with Nylon seat.

Working Principle:

Pulse valve parts including armature assembly, solenoid coil, diaphragm and valve body. The diaphragm keep close because of air pressure balance. Pulse timer send input signals so that the the coil make armature attracted and moving. Balance lost and balancing hole to release the pressure air in the back cavity of diaphragm quickly; the pressure air in the front cavity holds up the diaphragm to open the passage and the valve start one time jet. When the pulse signal disappears and the spring push the armature works immediately to resume the position, balancing hole been closed. Balance resumed in both cavity, so the valve stop jet.
