DB112 ( DB112/G ) Diaphragm ( Membrane ) for Mecair pulse valve VNP212, VEM212, VNP312, VEM312, VNP412, VEM412; NBR material is standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; Viton material is optional, for high temperature, working temperature range is -10 to +120 ℃. Pulse valve, also called diaphragm valve acts as a "switch" for compressed air in the dust clean blowing system for pulse bag filters. It is controlled by the electric signals from the pulse jet control device. This system cleans the filter bags cluster by cluster with high-pressure blowing to keep the pressure resistance of the baghouse within a pre-set range, and thus ensure the processing capability and the dust-collecting efficiency of the baghouse.
The diaphragm is also called the pulse valve diaphragm. The pulse valve diaphragm is a whole piece of high-quality rubber diaphragm formed by the riveting head of the outlet of the compressed air pipeline or the plug valve, the discharge and unloading hole and the bolt hole with fixed support around it, which is the key control component of the electromagnetic pulse valve. Pulse valve diaphragm is one of the components in the normal operation of the valve body and the "switch" of the jet path of the dust removal system of the pulse bag filter.
The pulse signal is input into the coil in the electromagnetic body through the wire. The pulse valve is controlled by the output signal of the pulse injection control instrument. The pressure change of the two air Chambers before and after the valve makes the rubber diaphragm flex to realize the opening and closing of the pulse valve. The diameter of the rubber diaphragm determines the travel size of the rubber diaphragm and the speed of opening and closing. The larger the diameter of the diaphragm is, the larger the travel will be and the better the spray performance will be.
