AirTAC Type pneumatic solenoid valve internal pilot operated with aluminum alloy body. Its port size, material, color, connection interfaces can be customized. This is necessary to meet a wide range of requirements, such as medical use, food processing, dusty environments, explosive environments etc. The valve ports connect to this central cylinder. By moving the spool through the cylinder, the valve ports are connected or blocked. Furthermore, the valve can be direct operated or pilot operated. With direct operation, the actuator is directly connected to the spool. With pilot operation, the valve uses the inlet pressure to help move the spool. The valve contains a small internal pneumatic cylinder that actuates the spool. The filling and emptying of this cylinder is controlled by the actuator, for example a solenoid.
AirTAC Type 4V330C-10 pneumatic solenoid valve is a 5/3 pneumatic valve with five ports, three positions and two solenoid coils. It is electrically controlled and is usually used to control a cylinder.
The 4V300 series has the following three types:
4V310-10 is a 5/2 pneumatic valve with 1 solenoid coil;
4V320-10 is a 5/2 pneumatic valve with 2 solenoid coils;
4V330-10 is a 5/3 pneumatic valve with 2 solenoid coils.
