1. How can I get samples?

A: Please contact us: email, skype or "chat now", once receipt of message, we will further check and confirm with you for samples.

2. How long is the sample lead time?

A: If there is a stock for products, it is around 3 days upon reciept of payment,

if no stock, there would be around 5-7 days for existing items production lead time;

for the new developing items, the lead time is within 2 week from development to sample finished.

3. How about the MOQ?

A: The MOQ is based on different types of input devices. Normally, for industrial metal input devices, the MOQ is 1 set.

4. If I need to change the languages on the keyboard, is there any additional cost?

A: No addtional charge for changing the languages on te keyboad.

5. Will you do OEM items?

A: Of course. Welcome for OEM orders.
