1. Product Description
A U-bolt is a bolt in the shape of the letter U with screw threads on both ends.
U-bolts have primarily been used to support pipework, pipes through which fluids and gasses pass. As such, U-bolts were measured using pipe-work engineering speak. A U-bolt would be described by the size of pipe it was supporting.
The U-Bolt with Plate is available in sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1/2" and includes 2 nuts. This U-bolt is UNC thread. It is made from grade 304 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability, making it perfect for marine and industrial applications. Custom sizes are available.

3. Application
U-bolts are useful in different sizes for building up a antenna construction;
- Mounting of round boom tubes to a mounting plate,
- Connection of signal or ground wires to tubes,
- Mounting of tubes at antenna rotators, etc.

The connection between the rails is a reliable splice bar, which makes the pole structure firmer, the wind resist can reach up to 55m/s, 25 years product life cycle of structure and the warranty is 10 years.
