LPG tank container, pressure vessel and LPG storage tanker adopts derusting by sandblast treatment, flame plating, Puffing, etc.
The propane design pressure is 1.61Mpa, designed temperature is 50 degree, filling volume is 0.42ton/cbm, and corrosion allowance is 1mm. The tanker thickness is 11.5mm, two ellipse heads (11.5mm thick). The loading medium is LPG propane. And the tanker will be with the Flammable and explosive identification. And the LPG trailer installs aluminum alloy sun shield with slow heat transfer and fast heat dissipation.
The standard devices of the 56cbm LPG tank semitrailer for propane are single outlet, double side loading and unloading, double valves boxes, double toolboxes, safety valve, temperature gauge, pressure gauge, cut off valves, 3 axles 13ton BPW bridges, 12 sets12.00 vacuum tyres and 1 set spare tyre, JOST outriggers, JOST traction pin, two extinguisher bottles, steel flippers, with ABS, etc.
