Medium Chain Tryglycerides (MCT) are derived from natural plant oils, and are classed as fatty acids. They are very different to typical fatty acids and contain a much lower calorie content. MCTs are readily absorbed and used for energy, more so resembling a carbohydrate than a fat source. MCTs provides the athlete with a source of quick energy, much faster than maltodextrin or any high glycemic carbohydrate making them ideal for those looking to increase muscle mass and bulk up.

MCT powder is just like MCT oil in terms of nutrition because it’s literally made from the oil, but it takes on a powder form. It’s made using a process called spray drying.

Packaging: Packaged in 20kg paper carton drum.Private label and package are availiable.

Storage and Handling: Store in a cool dry place, protected from light, heat and oxygen. The preferred storage temperature is below 30°C.

Shelf Life: Two years in the original package. It is recommended to use the entire content after opening.
