We adopt two packaging solutions for dry lead acid batteries and pre-filled electrolyte lead acid batteries.
- Dry lead acid batteries (without electrolyte) are packed in standard wooden cases without UN dangerous goods certification. It features simpler packaging process, faster production and shorter lead time. Meanwhile, the lighter cargo weight greatly reduces sea and land freight costs with better overall economy, which is our preferred shipping option.
- Lead acid batteries with electrolyte are classified as dangerous goods and must be packed in UN-certified wooden cases, which comes with higher packaging cost, more complicated procedures and higher freight expenses. Both packaging types are equipped with shockproof corner protectors and buffer structure to avoid impact damage. Bulk orders can be palletized for safe transportation.
