Product Description

H fin tube, also known as square fin tube, is available in two types: single tube (square fin tube) and double tube (rectangular fin tubes). These can be manufactured to meet specific customer requirements. The rectangular shape provides a larger surface area compared to spiral finned tubes, making them ideal for air heating applications where space optimization is crucial.

Principle

H fin tubes are boiler components featuring two steel circular fins welded symmetrically to form an "H" shape.
Widely used in utility boilers, industrial boilers, and marine power systems as heat exchanger components.
The rectangular fins expand the heating surface area to approximately twice that of the base tube.
Manufactured using flash resistance welding for high fusion rates, strong welds, and excellent thermal conductivity.
Double H-type fin tubes offer enhanced structural rigidity, suitable for longer tube row applications.
